How do I place an order?
Ordering online from The Closet is easy! When viewing an item, simply select your size and quantity needed and then click ‘Add To Cart’. You can review the items in your cart at any time by clicking the ‘Cart’ icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout to place your order.
How do I checkout?
Once you have selected your items in your Cart, simply click the ‘Checkout’ button. You will then be prompted to enter your shipping information and select your preferred delivery method. After that, choose your payment option—Shop Pay, major credit cards, and other secure methods are available. Review your order details, then click ‘Complete Order’ to finalize your purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after.
How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
You will receive an automatic email saying your order has been placed successfully.
Can I cancel or make changes to the order I just placed?
For any urgent order changes or cancellations, please email us at theclosetatx@gmail.com with your change/cancellation request details, and we will try our best to make any accommodations or adjustments.

How do I calculate my size?
Take your measurements directly on the body with a measuring tape around your bust, waist, and hips without over-tightening.

2 - Your waist is measured at the narrowest part of the waist. Hold the tape measure snugly to your body without pulling it too tight.
3 - The circumference of your hips is measured at the fullest point of your pelvis.
4 - Your leg is measured from waist to heel, with the tape following the natural contour of your leg.
5 - Your arm is measured from shoulder to wrist, with the tape following the natural curve of your relaxed arm.

What is your shipping policy?
ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS USA:
UPS Ground shipping on orders $250+ are FREE
UPS Ground shipping on orders up to $250 - $12
UPS Expedited shipping: 2 business days - $55
UPS Expedited shipping: Next business day - $85

ORDERS SHIPPED TO ALASKA, HAWAII, & PUERTO RICO:
UPS Standard shipping, where available - $40
USPS Priority Mail - $15

ORDERS SHIPPED TO CANADA:
UPS Standard shipping, where available - $40
International shipments may incur duties & fees, which are the customer's sole responsibility and must be paid before delivery.

PLEASE NOTE:
Orders placed Monday through Friday, before 2:00 PM CST, are processed that day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Orders shipped to P.O. boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

What is your return policy?
To initiate a return, request a return label by emailing us at theclosetatx@gmail.com.
Please ensure all returned merchandise is unworn, unwashed, with all product tags & price tags intact.
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
Return labels cost $12 and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Items must be shipped back within 3 days of the original item delivery. Exchanges/refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
Refunds will only be issued for full-priced apparel. Fine jewelry, swimwear, shoes & sale items are FINAL SALE.
We will refund your original form of payment for the purchase price of the merchandise minus a flat rate shipping cost ($12 for the contiguous USA; $35 for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Canada). We do not refund original shipping costs. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet the above requirements.
